Mannai Corporation Company stated, in a bourse statement, that it will divert its entire shareholding in Utility Networks Information systems "UtilNet".

The decision followed the company’s receive of a valuation report from an independent consulting company duly confirmed by their Auditors that the valuation of UtiNet is ZERO, added the statement.
